Our goal is to create long-term relationships with our guests. If we have not met your expectations, we want to know. We will gladly provide you an adjustment service. The services are scheduled like regular appointments and are provided at no charge. Your appointment will be with the same stylist who performed the original service. No refunds will be given for services.

GUARANTEE

For any cutting, coloring or chemical services we must be contacted within 5 days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee our services if they have been altered by another salon, at home or if non-recommended products have been used.

COMPLAINTS

If there is a complaint or challenge of any kind, we ask that the person who received the service be the one to call in. We are only able to rectify the situation by talking to the person that received the service from consultation to checkout.

A: We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. We accept Visa and MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Gift Cards/Certificates, and cash. (Checks accepted, there will be  a $45 fee for any bounced checks).

Accommodating late clients is often impossible without disturbing every other client scheduled that day. Please be aware in the event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed in full or on that day, requiring you to schedule your appointment for another day.

A: please let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment. Multiple cancellations or no shows may result in a non refundable deposit to book your next appointment.

A: Groups of 3 or more will require a nonrefundable deposit based on services booked.

A: Children are only permitted in the salon when the child is receiving a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy congested are make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our clients. 

In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Unfortunately the salon cannot provide childcare services.

In the event your child becomes unruly and disrupts the other clients in the salon, we have the right to ask you and your child to leave.

A: We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing, jewelry, phones, and accessories.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us at  214-812-9339 within 7 days of that service. 
We would like every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as we value you as our client.

To maintain the integrity of the Figueroa Salon experience, visits are scheduled by appointment only.

A: if you are not happy with the hair product we suggested, we would be happy to issue a product exchange with a receipt within 30 days of your purchase.

A: we will issue a full refund on hair products returned and UNUSED with a receipt within 14 days of purchase.
Hair brushes are final sale.
